Operational Efficiency
One of the biggest needs of many businesses is an improvement in their operational efficiency. We use process improvement and problem-solving methodologies to help our clients optimize their operations. This could be revising staffing models, reducing customer wait times, improving scheduling processes, reducing costs, improving supply and inventory control, etc. Our approach utilizes both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, ad improve overall performance.
What is Lean?
Lean is the enemy of waste. This approach identifies wasteful elements within processes or operations and aims to eliminate those.
What is Six Sigma?
Six Sigma is the enemy of variation. This methodology aims to ensure the output of a process is defect (anything that annoys a customer) free and is conducted the exact same way each and every time.
